1. No financial advice or solicitation
Braintech Finance is not a financial intermediary and does not offer personalized financial advice, does not manage capital on behalf of third parties, and does not provide investment recommendations. All strategies available on the Platform are algorithmic analysis tools and do not guarantee any financial performance. Braintech Finance does not request monetary deposits nor manage users’ funds. All investment operations are executed independently by the User through their broker and MT4 Account, under their sole responsibility.

2. Investment risks
The User acknowledges that trading in financial markets involves high risks, including the possibility of losing the entire invested capital. Braintech Finance and the Creators do not guarantee any results and assume no responsibility for any financial losses suffered by the User resulting from the use of strategies available on the Platform. Braintech Finance is not responsible for errors, technical malfunctions, or discrepancies in operational results compared to the User’s expectations.

2-bis. Past performance
Past performance shown (e.g., in Strategy charts) is expressed in a reference currency and may vary depending on the applicable exchange rate; it is not indicative of future results nor does it constitute any guarantee.

2-ter. Operational variability and updates
The performance, execution frequency, and general operability of the Strategies may vary depending on the technological, liquidity, or policy limitations of the Broker chosen by the User. Braintech Finance, in collaboration with the Creators, continuously updates algorithmic logic and related parameters to maintain compatibility with broker infrastructure, incorporate technological developments, and adapt to changes in financial markets.

3. User responsibility
The User is encouraged to conduct their own research and evaluation, and to consult - if deemed appropriate - professional advisors before making investment decisions. The information and indications provided by Braintech (or by its authors/creators) are provided “as is” and for informational purposes only. The use of such information is entirely at the User’s own risk, who assumes all responsibility for any operational or investment decisions.

4. Disclaimer of liability
Braintech Finance, its Creators, and its Broker Partners do not guarantee any performance and assume no responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from the use of strategies available on the Platform. Braintech Finance shall not be responsible for:

• Malfunctions, technical errors, or interruptions of the Platform or Strategies

• Loss of capital resulting from trading operations executed by the User

• Any investment decisions made by the User based on the information available on the Platform

• Content or services provided by third parties, including Broker Partners and Creators

Braintech Finance does not store or access users’ MT4 credentials. All financial operations are executed exclusively by the User through their broker and MT4 account.

5. No authorization to provide investment services
The provision of investment services is reserved for authorized operators under the TUF (Legislative Decree 58/98). Braintech Finance and its authors are not authorized entities and do not perform activities reserved under financial sector regulations.

6. Scope of validity
This Disclaimer is provided pursuant to the regulations prescribed by financial market supervisory authorities. Any conduct contrary to the provisions contained herein cannot be attributed in any way to Braintech, but is the exclusive responsibility of the individual engaging in such conduct.

7. Brand protection
Any attempt to defame or damage, in any form, the Braintech Finance brand or its authors is attributable to the individual committing it, in violation of applicable laws.
